Clarke Gayford describes his 20+ year career in the television and media industry as “a bit of a blur.” While widely recognized for his on-camera hosting roles— such as FISH OF THE DAY (produced for National Geographic), MOVING HOUSES (TVNZ), and Discovery Channel’s SHARK WEEK: LOCKDOWN SHARK, Clarke’s talents also extend behind the camera with a diverse background in producing, directing, and filming a broad range of projects-from award-winning sports satire to backpacking documentaries in South America and following fish scientists in Antarctica.
