Rachel Shane

As Head of Film and Television for Madison Wells, Rachel Shane oversees all aspects of feature film and television development and production for the company. As a member of the Madison Wells team since 2013, she has built a robust and award-winning pipeline of projects including having served as Producer on Jessica Chastain Oscar® winner, THE EYES OF TAMMY FAYE and Executive Producer on the Academy Award®-nominated HELL OR HIGHWATER (starring Jeff Bridges and Chris Pine). Shane is currently producing MISS YOU, LOVE YOU, written and directed by Jim Rash, starring Andrew Rannells and Allison Janney. Additionally, Shane was a Producer on the Warner Bros. Golden Globe-nominated MOTHERLESS BROOKLYN (written, directed by and starring Edward Norton) as well as Executive Producer on the Emmy® award winning and Golden-Globe nominated anthology series, GENIUS: ARETHA (starring Cynthia Erivo); PICASSO; and EINSTEIN. Prior to Madison Wells, Shane served as Executive Vice President of Production at Doug Wick and Lucy Fisher’s Red Wagon Entertainment. At Red Wagon, she Executive Produced the international YA franchise DIVERGENT and star-studded thriller, LAWLESS (starring Tom Hardy, Shia LeBeouf and Jessica Chastain). Furthering her contributions to the entertainment industry, Shane is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Producers Guild of America, Women In Film, Women at Sundance and Film Independent.
